GCED is committed to making information and websites accessible to individuals with disabilities by meeting or exceeding the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.

Under Section 508, GCED is required to provide individuals with disabilities access to information comparable to those who do not have disabilities, unless an undue burden would be imposed. To meet this commitment, our websites are designed to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines(WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA criteria.
